Last weekend i spent dog sledding at Altevann. It was amazing, we slept in a lavvo and ate outside and it was just perfect. we were so lucky with the weather, even thoguh i got a terrible sunburn, and the dogs were superb! I teamed up with Harald, mostly his pictures (his camera, i took some of them, but i can't remember which). We had our own team of four dogs, Viktor, Ring, Bamse and Draugen. The were magnificent. I still remember most of the names. The last one in the series here is Arna Bjarne, he is one of my favourite. He's just gorgeous. I must say, dog sledding is immensly fun and i'de do this anytime :D
liker ikke vår. punktum. den e ekkel og skitten og blæææh.. men så kommer jo sommern til slutt.
Had the string quartet over for pizza and stuff yesterday. We had an improvised concert for some neighbours that happened to pass by. we played money, money, money and the intro for Game of Thrones. and canon in D. it went ok. the pizza was better. on thursday we're playing a more official concert. I might put in a video of it. if it went well. we'll cross our fingers that we'll get some time to rehears. if we nail game of thrones then that's all that matters.
i dunno, it really isn't what i should be doing, but there you go. do you like it? I am a bit stressed out at the moment so i haven't had a lot of time to blog. i'll see if i can improve. i feel like it's so much to do. like, schoolwork obviously, but like.. overall.. training, violin, concerts, walk the dog, practise, worrying about my neck and then have time to relax, draw, watch telly, write, blog, photograph, han with friends, make pizza or cakes or whatever and just be.. just be me. i promise. it'll be more interesting. soon. cus i really wanna be an interesting blogger who writes cool shit and like.. i dunno. you tell me. what is a good blogger? what is a good quality blog? noods? pictures? art? fashion? lot's of updates? hell, i dunno, and i don't know if a care either. my blog is what it is.
i found the background here and the picture is mine.
It has been a long hiatus. Sorry. well. not sorry. a bit sorry. since last time. two-three weeks ago? well any ways. I've been really busy with school and orchestra. The musical just ended and i had like a zillion tests and shit the last couple of weeks. Just this week i had three in a row, although it seems like the one i am supposed to have now isn't going to be anything of. The teacher just became a dad and the school can't find a substitute. lol. so i spent four late hours last night reading up on glaciers for no good reason. what the heck. also i have some other essay stuff and oh my god, kill me now! German mock-exam next week and then only two weeks to math!!! not looking forward at all! also chemistry next week, GOD! what to do! i'll just cross my finger and make an effort.
Have I told you guys that me and my mom are watching this sereis called "Elementary" it's kinda a rip off of BBC's "Sherlock" as it is about a modern Sherlock Holmes in a modern world (and i really didn't like the rip off idea in the start, those damn americans), but it is set in New York and Watson is a woman and there is no Mrs Hudson, only a Miss Hudson who comes in later and has an obsession about cleaning. I like BBC's best, but "Elementary" is funny and cute in its own way. It's so different it's okay it's a bit of a rip off. The episodes doesn't come in blocks of three with one episode being 90 minutes, but there are 45 (i think) minute episodes and there is 24 of them. Well, i thought. Suddenly it stopped sending!? on episode 19! i was so angry and frustrated, but then i learned afterwards that there is a filming break or something... just gotta wait then. Just wait.. like haven't waited enough for "Sherlock"! they've started filming though, and that pleases me.
I am including a picture from the musical. I am at the back. Not my picture, i got it from the newspapers... i dunno if it is terribly legal, but it is already out on the internet. I promise I'll be back with.. better posts.
I don't know what to say about this..
Va på hyttetur. Det va skikkelig koselig og masse snø.
Lots of great art (on the other side, the one i hadn't photographed, lol). It was a much more sunny day, as you can see, it gave me a headache unfortunately.. We went to KaDeWe afterwards, that was aesome. We ate lunch at the cafe and the food was so goood! Also I might go back to Berlin just for the icecream there. oh, and I think this was the day i discovered four accordionplayers (trekkspill) playing Vivaldi's four seasons. it was marvelous. made my day so to speak.
The tower was awesome. You could see like everything from up there. We later went to the wall (wall? like the one.. you know).
Because we are forever a child..
I had to split up mu Berlin-entry into several posts, they're not in cronological order. It's all a bit of a blur to me.
When we got there, we went to Brandenburger Tor and, erm, that building there "Riksdagsbyggningen". It was really! cold! Some italiens, i think, photobombed our group picture and yeah.. also, i think, we went to madam Tussaus.. Tessaus... tussa? afterwards. I don't have any really good photos from there, but there is one of me and E.T (will come later). Also, here's my roommate! aren't we adorable?
Not enough time to blog, but! i can leave u this picture from Berlin :) now i have to run to the bus and orchestra and all that. Musical coming up. It actually starts in about eight minutes, but hey, i actually came home half an hour ago. So now that i have filled my body with sugar and fat in the form of peanut butter and jam, I am off. see ya!
Noone of this made any sense, i know, but I'll be a bit more clever when easter breaks come... hopefully... cus then i have time to do stuff i like. And talk to you about Sherlock-filming and who and all that :D
now.. see ya!
this post is a follow up on my first passion fruit entry. So, I am home from Berlin and i bought some schtaff that makes me really happy. Not all of it but some :) I bought the sword and the wand, my weapons of choice. It was a good excuse too, to make a nerdity post.
- Thorin Oakenshield i got for Christmas. My dear friend Ragnhild gave him to me, and I love him!! <3
- Legolas I bought later. They are from the same series, the hobbit toys. Leggie isn't in the movie, but before it was decided to be three, rather than two, they had already amde the toys. So, he initially was going to be in the first one. They both have removable weapons, the arrows and all. Thorin has his original sword and orcrist and the Oakenshield. Legolas has bow and arrows, both removable, and two knifes. I'de make a full review but no on cares. I think i am gonna buy Gandalf and Bilbo too (from the taller series (there are smaller ones but they look fucked up)).
- This is Anduril, flame of the West, as used buy Aragorn in "Return of the King". I bought that in Berlin from this awesome shop. They had everything.. I bought only two things, but i used 80 euros... though.. i couldv'e bought more heh... he...
- and then there is Snape's wand. I just really loved to look of it. Also Snape is one of my favourite characters, not just because of the last book, but yeah, he's awesome. I'm gonna use it with precautions.
- Then there is Gandalf and Bilbo with fireworks. They've only this year (or the previous one) started making LOTR-lego and yeah.. if i had the money I would definitely start collecting.. TH-lego as well as LOTR. This piece I got for christmas from Iris, dearset <3.
- and last but not least. the two wobbly heads Bilbo and Gollum. Bilbo was the one i bought from the stand at the hobbit premiere. Gollum is a christmas and/or birthday (the two dates are quite close and i mix'em up) present from an awesome friend.
A full nice, picture-filled entry about the Berlin-trip will come. promise. Though it may take some days. Tomorrow it's like this tae-kwon-do thing where i maybe earn a yellow stripe.. wish me luck!
what is this, i don't even.. why.. guess i didn't feel like feeling pretty anymore..
well. i was just going to say that yes i have a twitter, go follow me if you like it :) it gives the impression that i am high, but i am not. promise.
Nora_the_Norc don't ask about the name.. i don't know. oh, and i see people check in on this blog, hey, who are you guys? say hi! :D
today I walked with my dad and grandmother and Leopold. It was cold but lovely.
I haven't blogged for like a month, yet I see that some people check in here daily. I can't think of any reason why, but I am flattered. Maybe I have some fans, tihi. So here, have a picture from 2012 december-ish of my sister and Harald sprawling on the ice. I am not going to forget the blog, I just have found that I don't have much time to blog. Update perhaps? I do tae kwon do now, school is so muuuuch, but it is okay, being 18 is great and I love hobbits and handsome dwarves. Also, icecream for dessert. bye.
Finally here's some pictures from the Hobbit premier. The super-duper-talented photographer is Harald :D thank you for the pictures!!
the night premier was great. People had dressed up and sold different things. They also had this book where you write your name. I wrote it in tengwar and got 5 stones in stead of 3 to shop hobbit cakes and elvish skittles with :D We saw it first in 2D, but I went later and saw it in 3D too. It was great and epic both times. I am not dissapointed, though the movie is slow pasted and feels like a first act rather than a standing piece of it's own, I can't complain. Martin Freeman is freaking awesome as Bilbo, there was an unexpected hot dwarf and almost three hours of more middle earth and elvsissss and weee!!! I am stoked!! Also some Bandersnatch Cummerbund was in it.. just some.. like a shadow and a whisper moahahaha!! We also got to see the new star trek trailer before the movie, it caught me a bit of gurad to be honest..
I was going to write like a review.. but I think that that's too much work. Fuck it. I loved the movie. (though I do understand if some purists were dissapointed.)
oh and I don't think I have the right to post picture of the ones dressed up but I'll link to the facebook page ;)
Now, off to get a christmas tree!!!
finally vacation! WEE!!!! I am in a way too silly mood to write anything meaningful or.. whatever! :D
just a few birthday photos. Iris is the precious photographer. Dunno if I'll post more. Probably not though. The hobbit movie was great! I am going to fill you in later with a longer, hopefully spoiler-free review of it, after I've gone and seen it for a second time, in 3D, on friday :)
totally ready for Hobbit premier with hobbit curls :D YEY!!!!
I wanted to say "well executed" but it went horrible.........well well.. Hobbit premiere tomorrow midnight....can't litterally wait.
På tide med et innlegg, hehe. Det e mørketid no som betyr dårlige bilda og at æ e trøtt 24/7. Jaja, kunne vært værre. Hadde norsk heldagsprøve i dag. Vet ikke helt kordan det gikk. Sa på begynnelsen av dagen at æ overhodet ikke kom til å velge en artikkeloppgave, no matter what, og at æ mest sansynlig ville velge en novelleoppgave. Men ka trur du skjedde?
"I did my waiting. Twelve years of it. In Azkaban!"
p.s det vil komme et eller to reine hobbit innlegg i anlednign premieren natt til 12. desember, siden æ skal på den woop woop, og også et bursdagsinnlegg, forhåpentligvis.
p.p.s sorry på forhånd hvis bloggen blir utrolig nerdat i tida fremover no. Deal with it. Mine interessa. Les hvis du syns det e interessant ;)
currently. Enjoying my last day as 17.. it feels strange.. wonder what it'll feel like tomorrow.. I don't think I've changed.. i think i have become more childish actually...My sister is on her way home and we're gonna study. Test tomorrow... gawd.. so much. The neighbour's cat scared the crap out of me today. I was unlocking the door when I felt this light touch on my foot and the cat had snuck up and said hello. I scared it too, but we became friends again.
hot water is very good to drink if you're too lazy to make tea.
oh and also, the hobbit premiere in New Zealand is tomorrow! :O
Some picture from two weeks ago when I was dog sledding inland. Aren't these dogs adorable? I still remember some of their names, they were just too cute :)
Tumbling away with Ragnhild. I pretend to be doing chemistry, lol... tomorrow I will try to find a birthday present for my sister and hope she knows what my wish-list is... hobbit-toys.. my little pony figures... sherlock cluedo... sherlock the casebook... a deer stalker.... a gryffindor scarf... hobbit ears...
omg.. long time no see. I am quite amazed people have been on here, even though I haven't made a sound :D I was dog sledding... two weeks ago, which I found imensly fun, great fun! I'm putting it on my list of alternative yet very unlikely to ever happe hobbies. I am going to post something about that, later though. It hasn't happened much, so I dunno why I am blogging now, maybe just to not forget about it ... lol. Hey. now.. physics. bye
treng mer garn så æ og mamma kan ha en strikkedag ellerno ... også sånn at æ blir ferdig med gensern.. e halveis :D *stolt*
I had a lovely 13 hour day today with Ine. Marathon at the movie threatre. Extended edition on blue-ray. I wan't to give a full review.. I dunno. I've seen it a hundred times, but I liked the crispyness of the blue-ray, although I still don't want it on my telly. I am seriously stokedon drawing something or.. anything, but it is late and I am going to bed. I am nackered! I'de love to make a post about Leoglas' derp faces, they are many :D I tend to look at dear Leggy blonde when I am watching, and also.. the extras.. some of them do weird stuff :D also.. I notice far too mant things now. Like "why did the wound move?" and "the eagles can't fight in mid air, they're terrible at air-fighting" and "Orlando forgot his contacts!" (which I have manipulated myself into not finding annoying) and "where the fuck did the horses go"... also "aww.. look, the horses are snuggling!" and so on. And the kid next to me annoyed the hell out of me, I wanted to hit himr or something. anyways, I may pop in tomorrow and ermm... write something more thought through, but tomorrow I have to study.. hehe.
good night. I am drinking a calming tea, so I'll go to bed soon :D
p.s sorry for all the misspelling. it's late and I write too fast.
Tar hele dagen! Kaffe e godt, men ikke den kaffen æ lagde.. for no heksebrygg...
Har endelig rydda rommet så no e det koseli å sitte her igjen. Kanskje æ finn fram tegnesakern :D Spiller fortiden i et bratsjensemble. Bare bratsja, det e skikkelig kult. LItt for å verve nye trur æ. Det blir uansett veldig tøfft. Masse stemma og greiers. Spille ABBA's SOS og Cherio foreløpig. vell.. snakkes :) skal ned å joine folkan, drikke te og lade opp til i morra ^^
I got my 4H thing now so I am an alumn, I tell you more tomorrow, too tired now and I have a headache and should go to bed now. Look at that crazy-shit sheet-music? O_O Also, we'll be playing concernign hobbits in the orchhestra soon, hopefully. The soundtrack for the Hobbit movie is out and it|s great. Now there are two long trailers and two short TV-ads. I'll tell you tomottow about the more important stuff, 4H and what alumni means and all that. Goodnight :)

vi får se kordan det går...
I'm gonna study this video by tomorrow. I really like it. How they escape into each other's gaze, and the linger when they seperate. Like love can be found and lost in the stragnest of places. tell me what you think :)
WARNING! it's loud
me paying sherlock theme... air violin way :D whoop whoop!!!
Hadde det kjempekoseli på revy sammen med verdensbeste tvillingsøster! Revyen va dritbra, og bandet va kjempeflink!
My german class is going to Berlin! WOOP! I'm signed up and all :D Looking very much forward to it!! I just hope nothing come's up and get's in the way. Like the school suddenly changing it's mind. Anyways, I'm going away for the weekend with my sister and aunt. A little house by the sea somewhere :) Enjoying the autumn, knitting, eating good food, sauna. you name it. Almost done packing. Warm comfy clothes :D and of course.. a bit of homework, why do I keep blogging about homework!? it's so lame. Well, maybe because it's such a big part of my life right now and the best way to remember them and do them is to blog about it. LOL.
I'm gonna try to take loads of photographs this weekend and draw some and show you :) and maybe finish my sweater, you know, the one I started on in easter. such a hipster, lol..
on tuesday I was with my 4H people. Just four weeks to the "autumn-party" (or whatever it is called in english) and our projects have to be done by then. I have drawing as a project, if you wondered. We collected some plants, ten each, and then named them. At the moment I really wanna buy that Lana Del Rey sweater, or her whole collection really. I also have to remind me my mother to fix the trousers I bought, they are a bit too long for me. The german class are probably, most likely, to Berlin in march. Can't wait!
oh, yes, on monday, the whole school was on a rock concert, first class, everyone was a bit sleepy. Kråkesølv. They were great.
just some pictures from the weekend. Hanna, Harald and me were having a little stidy group. Hanna studying for her lisens and doing some math, Harald.. not really sure what he does, and me catching up with physics. Newton's third law. Tea and homework belongs together.
Greit. Veldig underholdanes. Slenger med et bilde til av Sherlock og John. Det e en mening bak det, får se om du skjønne ;) også noen illustrasjona til en historie som noen på et forum skriv. Lite oppdater til alles ergelse. Men historien e veldig bra. her e en link.
I am in a BR-club! means I get some discounts, bonus points and a birthday gift on my birthday! WEE!! I know it's boring with these webcam pictures. I'm gonna do something fun today, so another more.. interesting post will come. Promise.
a short one. I promise. so tired and sick of aaaargh!!! and then it's math... god..
I am, I really am exited :D but now, ladies and gentlemen. I'm listening to flight of the conchords and will in a minute or two finish my articld about icelandic sagas! Math-test tomorrow too, so wish me luck!
my life is a mess right now.. So I post a random picture because it's super freaky... damn.. why do I do that? Had an aweful good time yesterday with Ine watching season two of Sherlock and talking shipst. I have homework to do but for some reason I can't get off my ass and to it. I need to clean my room, I'm afraid it'll be lethal soon.. also... thinking of making a video of me playing some doctor who themes because I promised someone that, but I'm out of fondation.. people who see me daily might have noticed that because of the lack of make up. seriously.. why even bother with mascara, when your skin looks like shit... anyways... I regret posting the picture now.. why... I also would like to just draw something. Anything. I've promised a portrait of someone. But I just feel so guilty doing things I enjoy when there is so much things that I HAVE to do... damn...
and btw, i see there are (a few) people who read this god-forsaken blog, I know you're there. It is okay to leave a comment.. ask .. whatever.. you can even be anonymousdbg. I don't care, it's just sad cus I feel I'm talking to nobody. Say hello :)
edit: changed the photo cus it's creeping me out.
Look who's posing with me on webcam!!! Really hard to get Leopold to do the duck face... anyways.. School is basically all I do, so off to do history. Inka stuff.. woop woop.
by J.R.R Tolkien
it's not really that much.. I have to prepare something for history class about Peru. Then it's physics.. which is rather confusing at the moment. Then there is a shitload of task in norgwegian D: anyways, if I get done early, more time for fun!!
Look what I found! Been looking for it forever! Now I finally got time to read it.
Look at the new items in my closet. The blue shirt is a sort of navy blue with "golden" buttons, the camera didn't pic up the colour too well. The long shirt is really long. I also bought a pair of trousers on sale, but they are a bit too long. Luckily my mom agreed to fix it :) This evening I and three others from the orchestra are going to the theatre to see Vivaldi's four seasons. It'll be great. I'm really looking forward to it. Thinking of wearing the blue-navy shirt. Also I'm looking for a birthday present for a friend.
not going to post anything more than this because I will just rant over the amount of homework I have left and that I struggle with at the moment. I'm not too much on tumblr though, so the gif isn't totally accurate.... but almost.
getting ready for school with müsli and a cup of green tea.
I'm sooo changeable! As I probably mentioned I had thought about changing my header. So now I have. The rest is kind of spontaniously put together and I'm not sure yet if I like it. I want tochange the font but I'm not sure how...What do you think? The picture is taken by Iris, edited by me. I will try to make post something in a day or two. Something about my trip to Oslo this weekend. Bought a really nice shirt and a really long shirt and a a pair of really cheap trousers.
Currenly I am at school. Me and Berit are waiting for our German lessons to start at 14... been sitting here since lunch. yey. I tried to catch up on the physics but I failed.. I have to ask someone who was there.. mayeb they can explain. Also have math to catch up on.. gawd... not home until nine... loooong day... jeez.... bye.
sitting here with a up of green gunpowder tea, my favourite at the moment. Fårikål today and farewell party to Helene. But first of all I have to do tomething about my room. so that it is presentable.
Didn't get any good photos from yesterday, so I'm putting up First Aid Kit who played on friday. They were awesome. Really great. Only three people on stage, yet they managed to create magical music. I am deeply impressed. Yesterday played Jarle Bernhoft and he was awesome and the party factor was high. LidoLido followed up and was equally great. Can't say pet shop boys were as awesome as they were, their stage show however was cool. Friends and I danced and embarrased ourself, one would think we were drunk, but we weren't. Just high on music and atmosphere. Today isn't the best lineup really, in my opinion. Not as great as yesterday. Bo Kaspers Orkester we're seeing, but then it's Katie Melua, aqua and some one hit wonders. Until the big finale ofcoruse, which is LMFAO!!!!! Looking very forward to that!
ready for first day of DØGNVILL!!!! First Aid Kit and Kent today. Shaggy (mr. lovalova!) too!!! AAAH!!! kiss me please! <3 If I can locate the camera, I will update tomorrow :D
I realized there wasn't that many picture that turned out nice. Colours are too mainstream.
first day of school was okay. The shedule was greek... but I think I cracked the code.
Sometimes one just have to put on some heavy make up and be a little diva-ish. I tend to test different styles of make up when I'm bored. Can't say I am very good, but practise makes perfect, right? I'm off to town to get my Døgnvill wrist band thing. To join my collection. The rest of the day will be spent clinging on to the last day of summer. School starts tomorrow. Looking just a little bit forward to it. Some contiuntiy, you know. Although is is going to be a though year with lots of hard work to keep up with the new subjects. I promise some pictures from the viola thing week, as soon as I get my camera back from Iris. Also have some pretty awesome reindeers on it.
Yello!! Now I've been here for almost a week and it is almost come to an end. Tomrrow we're having a big concert in the big theatre in town. The dancers are preforming before us. So it is a big show. Today we had a little concert too, though, with solist and stuff. I've had a blast, met loads of new people. Playing lots of pieces of music, all of eine kleine nachtmusic, hungarian dance nr 5 and 6, fiddle faddle and plink, plank, plunk by Leroy Anderson.. more? probably. Apart from playing, we've slept, ate, watched Sherlock dvd's (because I found some fellow enthusiasts) and slept some more. At breakfast the russian cellists played music for us. That was really nice. Anyways. Pictures will come soon, when I've got my camera back. Forgot it in my friends purse. Wish me luck tomorrow.
finally done packing. I hope I haven't forgotten anything, but if I have, the thing isn't far from home, so no big deal :D I've remembered sleeping bag, pillow, air matress, clothes, violin & viola, the music sheets, all three toothbrush, make-up (not much, lol! mascara all the way!), underwear, socks, camera + camera charger (remembered that one now), mobile, wallet, bus card, mobile phone.. pyjamas... toothpaste? no, forgot, toothpaste, but I think we're out of it anyways. good timing, eh? Can't think of anything els. I am really looking forward to this. I cross my fingers and hope that I've practised enough and that Not everyone else is superpro so I feel like a looser. because I am obviously not, right? anyways, the checking-in thing is three o'clock, so no rush :) but I have to take the bus. Look at all that stuff? jeezz.. wish me luck on the bus with all that. Big case for the isntruments on my back and that bag which ways a ton, thanks to the air matress.
it's getting darker and darker up here, sadly. This is taken at midnight, it wasn't that dark, but my camera is poor and the flash was on. It turned out quite cool. reflecting raindrops and shit.
Started the day with an episode of Doctor Who and a glass of milk and two very boring slices of bread for breakfast. I will now retread to the shower to freshen up a bit. Then I will finish a birthdaypresent for dear Iris. I think she'll like. I wish there was any good light inside so I could take a photograph of Leopold. He's just been outside and he is soaking wet. And a soaking wet briard is a really cute thing. you'll hear from me later.
Since Helene is going away to the U, S and A for a whole year, she thought it appropriate to host a little concert (because she is an excellent singer, at least in my opinion, but I reckon everyone who has heard her sing does). It was really awesome and I am so impressed. She is really brave ^^ it wasn't just us, me and Berit, who was there, but many of her relatives. It was a true joy to hear her sing all those songs. many Taylour Swift songs, but also Coldplay for instant. We're gonna miss her very much. But before she leaves we have a camping/hicking trip up the forests to her family's cabin. That will be so much fun. And yeah, the little bunny, Nusse, is probably Helene's biggest fan.
HEIHEI ALLE SAMMEN
OKEI SORRY MEN DU KAN JO IKKE LEGGE DET HÆR UT LOLOLOLOLOLOL hadeeee
ps. kjempe gla i dæ Nora Nattaaa <3 <3 <3 <3
dead things and houses are cool. was on this island called summer and no, it was not summer. But it is pretty awesome out there. My uncle turned 50 and we had a parteyh.
Leopold is on kennel (is that even correct grammar?). He probably feels like he's in prison. Azkaban probably. He looked so confused when we put him in his "box" and left him. And we heard him howl. Such an insult for a guard/herding dog to be left behind by his pack. we'll see him soon though. He's a steady dog, he'll be just fine. It's a bit quiet here, though, without him. I want to write about how lovely this little lapdog is, but it's late, another time.
Isn't he the cutest?
woke up early, was supposed to go to the dentist, but it was changed for tomorrow. Mom's at work, dad and Leopold (dog) is sleeping and my sister is on tae kwon do camp. So I'm just sitting here, listening to the silence with a cup of hot water. I'll have to do some chores afterwards, but then I think I'm just gonna do what I please. My friend Helene is going to USA in less than a month. I'm gonna miss her, but she's gonna have a fantastic year and I'm so glad for her. Here's her blogg. Also the week long string course thing I'm attending is drawing near. I should practice D: anyways, have a nice summer. It's bloody cold here!
edit. I added my favourite song at the moment.
to do list:
- take a shower because I like to take showers.
- draw Harry Potter fanart cus it's a long time no see.
- practise my handwriting because it is horrible and just look at the picture!
- bake scones and play board games with friends.
- drink tea. lots of tea. or maybe not. not good for ur teeth.
- try to forget the horrible fact that The Hobbit just turned into a trilogy.
- draw some more. maybe Doctor Who related.
check out the new and fabulous blog of my very best friend Iris. You'll like it. lalaradio.blogg.no
LOOK WHAT CAME IN THA MAIL!!!! WOOP WOOP!
Season two of Sherlock and the movie Third Star, which I have talked about earlier.I am thrilled! Now only thing to do is persuade my mom and sister (who so willingly held the package for me so I could take a photograph) to watch it with me today.
The weather is dragging me down. I have gone to bed terribly late and got up terribly late, I know it's hollidays, but this lack of control and .. well, getting something out of the day is making me very low. I've been watching this australian series, not really perhaps in the target group, but I love it anyway, Dance Academy. It is dubbed on norwegan telly, but I watch the original on youtube. I am on the last episode of season twp :( also I am waiting for the last episode of Being Human on NRK3. So I have to find something els to do in this terrible weather and keeping my spirit up. So today I trained on our training bike. Indoor type of thing. And I am already in a better mood. Then this came in the mail, which only made me even more excited. Oh, and yes, we have finally gotten a dish washer that works, our old one crashed then we got a second hand one, but that didn't work either. The new one runs really quiet and I already love it.
Anything else? Both my grandmothers have had their birthdays and I am so lucky to have them both, love them to bits.
not in the mood to write anything.
The nice thing about having a non-messy room is that I can do whatever I like (mostly sitting on the computer unfortunately) but when my parents closed off the internet, I just realized... what a dull life! So what to do? well, I chose to play violin. Or I used the viola because the violin is quite tricky to tune (it slips all the time). This is some of the sheets I've collected. Most of them is my dad's and I borrowed it from him. The LOTR sheet music is mine however. It's everything from finger and bow exercises to duets, easy sonatas, blues, film music with a backing CD and badass Bach Sonata no.1. I chose the last one. It's the one pictured above. I've always liked this piece. It's a piece my dad always plays when he has tuned one of the instruments. It's a baroque piece, and I have a soft spot for baroque. So vulgar. With a baroque tuning it sounds even better because a baroque tuning is lower than the classical tuning, so the instrument has a much deeper and powerful voice. Sigiswald Kuijken has my favourite version of it. He used all baroque tuning and strings and all. You can compare them on spotify or youtube or whatever. My urged to learn this piece became even greater when I watched the last episode of season 2 of Sherlock, "The Reichenbach Fall", where Sherlock plays this while waiting for Moriarty. So yeah, that's what I do when I don't have internet.
I have nothing that I want to report. maybe later. sorry for not posting anything for a while. Not in the mood really.
because I am bored... and have a headache. and because webcam. I discovered that I can lift both eyebrows seperately. just need some practise.
From top to bottom:
- knitted, ridiculously long jumper thing from Bik Bok. 99 kr 299 kr size L
- yet another ridiculously long shirt from Cubus 29 kr 299 kr size 38
- big, comfy knitted jumper from Cubus 49 kr 299 kr size L
- cute, dotted, flowing top from H&M 50 kr 99 kr size XS
As you can probably telll, I haven't bought any of them in my size, but since they are long and baggy that really doesn't matter. As long as it looks good on you, size doesn't matter. Really, I mean it, don't think about size when you shop! If you are short like me, the only worry is lenght, though I mostly don't give a damn. As long as it looks good on you and feels good and you can wear it. In doubt, however, always try the clothes on before buying. Everything is bought on sale and as you can see, I saved A LOT. Saved 769 kr actually. I'm pretty good at this. (but if you look at it like my dad does, if it weren't on sale I wouldn't have bought at all, so I really didn't save anything)
For something completely different. An anonymous person asked me:
What are your plans this summer? Going to a different country? Attending any festivals? Or just staying home? :)
good question. Not going abroad. I'm attending the Riddu Riđđu festival. A festival for indigenous people. I've been there like four or five times. It's a really great festival. Great and interesting music plus it has seminars and debates and lots of courses you can take. Also it exibits art and you can watch movies from all around the world. Of course it all has an indigenous people theme. Maybe I'll attend Døgnvill, but I don't know yet. Not many festivals that allows people under 18 (but I won't have to wait very long now!). My family and I are probably going to take the caravan with us and meet our cousins on their way north, meet them in Lofoten, which I am looking forward to. Apart from that I am mostly staying at home, occasionally taking trips to my grandparents childhood home or visit my relatives at the countryside where we also have a cottage. Then I will most definitely (hopefully) go camping by myself with a tent up the forest. So yeah, mostly at home. There is a birthday of an uncle some time ahead. And right before school starts I will attend the Kirsten Sand course. It's a week long course/camp thing with young people who play instruments, mainly string. That I am also looking forward to (but I probably have to practice).
(btw, I love when you guys ask in english because then I don't have to face the dilemma of translating it or not)
how do we know it's summer? I'm wearing a skirt and made an outfit post! gonna spend my time outside today. It is said to be over 20 degrees!! AAAHH!! PARTEHY! now, for some serious business: my hair parted in the middle or on the side (sideskill was translated page kill on google translate btw).
no, no pedofil. It says "pedo mellon a minno" which means "speak friend and enter". It's the inscritption on the gates of Moria. It's a clue to the password. Merry, I belive cracks it in the book (Frodo in the movie). You simply say the elvish word for friend, mellon, and you can enter Moria. The reason I posted this is that I downloaded a tegnwar font (which is much more complicated than just writing N and you have an N, you have to know the characters. If I write an N it becomes the symbol of o which is placed above the consonants) and I wanted to brief with my knowledge of tengwar!
Sherlock in a wig. Just for you guys.
I've been on 4H camp this week. Was really fun. Did horseback riding, archery and hiking up a valley to look at a spectacular canyon. And I also got a terrible cold because it was freezing cold (the last night it was even frost on the tents, that I know because I was up all night), which I ignored and therefore I became e en sicker. But I don't regret it, as I met so many wonderful people! From Russia and Finland and ofcourse I met up with old friends from Norway too. Since I don't want to post pictures of other people on my blog without asking (and I cannot be bothered to do so at the moment) I'll just post some pictures of me and the horse I rode, a campfire, my feet in the tent, another campfire preparing a delicious meal, some ruins of an old mine-thing and two pictures of the midnight sun.
So we've chopped up the lifeboat. I wish I had a photograph of it when it was in one piece. The yellowish things are the airtanks that made the boat float. It would probably float without them too, though. I've included some pictures of some other boats there, just because they are nice.
I am Sherlocked, Cumberbatched and a true Benaddict. Now I finally have season one. I am really happy, because it's an ear hat John or a death frisbee.
HI, since I rather bored right now I thought I'de just write whatever is on my mind. School's finally over, though my head hasn't really picked up on that yet. I think it's like weekend or something. I think we are in autumn now. We've had our summer and it lasted about two weeks. Now it's raining, it's dark because of the heavy clouds so the lights are lit, we've lit the fireplace because it is bloody cold and overall.. it's an autumn feeling. I tried to do some watercolouring. But I found out it looks much easier on youtube and deviantART than it really is in real life and my paper sucks. It fell apart at once. I need to get some proper paper. Maybe I'll manage something decent. So after I spent half an hour looking for the damn watercolours, which I didn't find just some really bad ones from like kindergarten or whatever, not the proper, professional ones, I ended up not doing anything. My dad is making porrige and we have, for some reason, a ton of bananas. what els? Check out the BBC radio show Cabin Pressure, it's on youtube, it's really fun. Three seasons I believe. I've eaten two icecrams today. Not a good idea, but when thinking about it, why bother. I'll probably wear a bikini like.. two times this summer. And I've already done it once. I am desperately in need for something to obsess about. As mentioned Sherlock season 3 isn't until late next year, the hobbit is late this year and I just have a cuple of movies I'm looking forward to this summer, Brave for instance. I am currently reading Sherlock Holmes "A Study in Scarlet" (the first Holmes story) by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, of course. I haven't read much as I am printing it out from the internett and it takes some time. Since the first modern adaption by the BBC is based on this I like how there are some trubutes in it. For instant in the modern version Anderson (if you watved it you will know that this is a person whom Sherlock dislikes very much) points out that the victim had written "Rache" which was a german verb, revenge, though Sherlock Holmes said that was stupid, she was of course writing Rachel. But in the original it is the murderer who have written it and Sherlock Holmes himself says it is the german verb for revenge, and not Rachel as one of the policemen says. But now. I will go to but. Because I have to get up really early tomorrow to chop up a boat. A lifeboat probably from titanic. I will take some photographs. If I can get up in time. I'll add a drawing I did some time ago just to brighten things up a bit. This post will probaly be deleted as it is proper and utter bollocks. Anyways! Good Night. I will now retreat to my bed and read a chapter or two in a Study in Scarlet.
please come back...
look at all those cool stuff I found.
I was visiting our cottage in the forest this weekend. And I took some photographs. I have some more, but maybe later, don't want to fill this post up. I kind of fell in love with the mystic atmosphere in the woods. Kind of reminded me of how I've always pictured Mirkwood forest. Dark and mysterious. I had my two dogs with me, Leopold and Molly whom almost managed to sneek into all of my pictures. The trip was defo a succsess. Found a birds nest, a sheep skull and bones, a frog. I helped set potatos. And we tried the new boat engine. Stayed up late eating shrimps (shrimps? is that correct?) in the midnight sun. A pleasent weekend by all means. So Schools finally over. Exam went perfect. And now, the only thing in the near future that I'm really looking forwar to is the 4H camp!
please don't use these pictures, ask at least.
exams preperations going really well.......... my buddy here is keeping my spirit up, though I am not finished and truly stuck with zero motivations.
yepp... I am up for oral exam in geografy. Wish me luck, you won't hear from me for a while.
I've had a honestly boring day. The dogs weren't home when I finished school. I had no dog to walk, so I ended up cleaning the kitchen. Then I watched some telly while I ate... then I thought I do something productive and printed out a fanfic someone at the forum mentioned, which was so sad I ended up in a truly miserable mood. So I ate some dark baking-chocolate. Then I thought I wanted to draw, to cheer me up, but it all ended up half-done and .. well.. ugly. Then I put on some heels. Very smart to do that, you feel better at once. Then the dogs got home and my dad had to leave at once because he was in a hurry because we have problems with the car. The dogs were totally exhausted and were no fun to hang around with. I got an ice-cream in the freezer and sat down and watched The Return of the King with cast commentary. Entertaining.
på norsk, siden jeg ikke vet hva konfirmasjon er på engelsk. Jeg var i konfirmasjon til fetteren min i helga. Det var veldig koselig med mange gode kaker. Har jeg sagt at jeg elsker å gå i bunad?
I drew a little drawing of my dog, Molly.
okay, last tuesday, well, night to wednesday, the venus transit took place! we are so lucky to be north with the midnight sun and clear weather! My friend Berit and I and Sandra and her boyfriend went and had a look. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to see this as it is 205 or more years to the next one. The whole thing was broadcasted on the telly and two super (nerds) fans of astronomy (astronomy? is that correct, or is it astrology?) hoisted the event. Before it started there were different things you could do, e.g goof around on a sagway! And just so you know, I am super skilled at sagway and I had a ball!
you have a good reason for wearing awesome shit like this while sleeping. And by the way, I have braces on my upper teeth too now, so you won't see a genuin smile for two years.
I am actually going to try to write somethin long, though not too long, witty and mildly interesting for those who are interested in knowing what I thought of the latest videoblog from the director of the upcoming Hobbit movie Peter Jackson, but if I fail miserably, then I appologize now.
I find it extremely cool that we get a tour around the set! geezz... that's a bad start. I should have done this when it was still fresh. oki.. The barrels seems to be an action scene. No spoiler it seems from Lake Town, implying that the first movie will end after the barrel scene. I liked that we got a glimpse of Luke Evans and Aiden Turner, eye-candy ;) and all those costumes! and I think I saw an elf! oh, sod it, why do I bother. Orlando Bloom/Legolas gave me a nerdgasm and Kiran should definitely play Legolas! The stuntteam are amazing, I wanna do that! We did see alot, which I am happy for, though very little of Martin Freeman, wonder why, he is the main character. Yeah, and Alan Lee and John Howe!! They are amazing, and I liked how they mentioned this light in the end of the tunnel being Smaug.
This is actually pointless... cause I'm all drained. If you want more critical opinions of, well, all of this, PJ's adaption of the Hobbit, visit here.
or make up you own opinion and watch it, the link is under the moving portraits of that dashing elf.
and if I haven't elaborated enough, you can always ask me in the comment section, although I doubt anyone would care.
Yesterday me and my sister Hanna stood in the café for the art-exibition opening. It was really fun :) The fasade may use some upgrade but looks isn't everything. The art school is ten years this year and that says a lot. They've inspired children and adults for then years! It's hard to explain how important this school is, but it is driven by professional artist, which shouls say a lot. There's a blurry picture of me too, because I played a piece of music for them. I was truly exhausted when I got home. We even got to bring some leftover waffles and candy home :) so when I got home, I just collapsed on the sofa and wrapped in a blanket watched that Benjamin Button movie with the family.
Today! It has been such a wonderful weather, I mean, from snowy and cold days to a warming sun! I am shocked. I've helped my mom in the garden today, and currently, writing this, I'm laying in the sun hoping for a nice tan listening to cosy music :D
Pretty much all of last week.....
until today! We finally have summer! Took two days for the weather guys to change from winter to summer :D
Now, give me some minutes to mix togehter a post of what I did today :)
Today, me and my sister have been helping (well, we get paid) with an art exibition. My mom's an artist and she also teaches art to childre alongside many other artist, at the art school So yeah, I've mopped floors, hung paintings up on the walls and made a thousand candy-canapés. 4 kilos of candy is a lot of candy. I believe there are cheramics there and also redesign, the picture shows handbags made out of old jeans. I'm awefully tired now, but still I've made a cake for the Stakken-day, which probably will be featured in my 4H-club's blog, because I feel so bad about not being able to be there. Because tomorrow I will sell waffles and even play a piece of music at the opening. I'm looking forward ^^. I somewhat like being busy. Weird, eh? Next week I will play (probably mentioned it, though) three concerts and I will be busy all days with practising, Just hope I'm not up for exams or stuff can get messy. And that door there is a picture of, it's an old old elevator at the school, not in use anymore, but it's pretty cool.
Now, I will practise some more and walk the dog and go to bed, cause I have to get up early tomorrow.
I am so busy with violin and viola now! This thursday I've been asked to join this band-thing with other pupils at the music-school where I (and probably not only me, though I don't know much about it, only I'm gonna meet up there at five) am going to play requiem of a dream, which I just got the sheet music for. Monday I'm playing this final concert on viola, some vivaldi piece or something, very nice. Then at tuesday it's final rehearsel for both orchestras (chamber and a bigger youth orchestra) where I play both, then th concert is on wednesday. If you think it's easy switching between violin and viola. It's not. totally different key! But I'll survive. Then when all that is finished, it's the summer-course sheets I'll be focusing on. Eine Kleine Nacht Musik and Hungarian waltz... I am not gonna blog any more today.. today was overload...
"A table, a chair, a bowl of fruit and a violin; what else does a man need to be happy?"
you can have a lot of fun with a webcam. I'm in a particularly good mood today because of the strike I don't have to go to school tomorrow. at all.
sorry for the delay, my computer won't co-operate so this is from my mom's BEAUTIFUL mac <3 I'm in love with it. Yesterday... no.. saturday I was at the theatre and watched the Avengers with my sister, Hanna and my best friend Berit :) I meant to post a picture of us in front of the poster, but they refused.. but I do have friends. Anyway, I loved the movie, lots of action and good looking men and funny lines. Right up my street. I feel I should watch Thor now. And Captain America. And probably Iron Man 2. Tony Stark is just hillarious, but my favourite must be Loki/Tom Hiddleston. He is just such a great actor and gorgeous. Maybe I've spent to much time at tumblr.. so, yes, I loved the movie. After the movie we went to a café/resturante and had a cup of tea and talked shit.
Probably some fan art will appear any time soon. Long time since I posted any drawins. I have a Benedict Cumberbatch drawing I want to post (I draw him a lot.. I feel no shame) but my camera chord has yet again gone away on its own adventures...
School is on strike so I've been enjoyin life with season one of Doctor Who (new-Who) and I kind of like it. Apart from that, I have practised violin/viola, the Kirsten Sand course sheets have arrived so I have enough to keep myself busy. Hungarian wals no 5...wals? is it written that way? and more. I'm also up for some concerts in near future and exams are just around the corner.
that was all. buh-bye!
again, I made a new design. Dunno how long this will last until I feel like changing it again
We've all seen lots of bunad pictures and flags, these photographs are all from the 17th of may, and though I love bunad, I thought I'de take pictures of how beautiful I find my surroundings. And one photograph of my dog, Leopold. Isn't he just adorable?
picture from here[x]
yes. I'm back. sorry for the delay :) nothing has really happened.. I have pictures from the 17th, though that's old news and who cares. I've spent quite a lot of my time on tumblr, and I should do something about it. It's not healthy. It has become an addtiction! The twins from Ireland is through semi-finals in Eurovision Song Contest, and I'm glad. They are funny. Though I hope the grandmothers from Russia win. Or Greece. Just for fun. And there was this other dude, a norwegian viola-player who won a eurovision price. Best something. Which is great. The viola get's some spotlight as a fantastic solo instrument. Today I will be enjoying life! All the teachers except two are on strike, so I don't have to go to school until two o'clock! So I'll do some shores, play nyan-cat-song on violin and maybe even dig into some Doctor Who. Who knows. and I'll try to stay away from tumblr. Just keep reminding myself that I dont have to see everything or reblog everything. So yeah, chill day. Hopefully. I'll try not to make it too long until next time. And I have a drawing to show you too, though I can't find the computer-camera chord (again!).
until then, see ya ! <3
picture from here [x]
This day has just been lovely! Not kidding, we've literally had summer! I mean, a real warming sun! I believe like .. 18 degrees in the sun! (well... maybe exagerating, but seriously!) So I went out jogging with my dog, Molly, for like 40 minutes or something. And I took a shower and watched some crap-telly and ate left-overs and had the veranda-door open and practised viola! And now I feel super fresh and sporty! I've made a cup of blackcurrent toddy, which is cooling at the moment! And I think I'll do some vacuming to please my mom and then, later, but not too late, I will do a german hand-in so I wont have to worry about that for the weekend. I am not up for writen exam, next test is in next week or something.. so no worries! HAKUNA MATATA!
AND BEST OF ALL! BUNAD TOMORROW!
So I woke up this morning to a fine layer of snow. SNOW!? I guess it's normal here, but still.. it's may! Maybe I'll just stay in my basket like Molly here. Probably a good idea. Or I could clean my room. Probably I much better idea. Maybe I'll find my book..
So got home from school today and after a looong day and made myself peetapizza! :D I bit drippy for some reason, but it was sooo good! I'm an awesome chef! I had my english presentation, which went great, thanks for asking. So now I will chill, read or draw or whatever. And my planner has come back to me :) it has been on it's own unexpected-adventure for over a month now. I am very pleased to see it returning home. Now I have everything under control. Except my social study book is gone.
And I want to congratulate my cousin Christian who got his driver's lisence today! Well done!
Trying to finish my english presentation about terror but this fly is annoying me! How can such a small thing be so annoying? I'm seriously screwed... I have it all in my head, my problem is getting it down on paper and into a presentation! And I need to do well on this one! oh my.. I knew I should have chosen to do a math class in english instead of such an in-depth study of terror, compairing the reactions of 9.11 and 22th of july. you can't really draw any conclusion from it either.. it'll just me be elaborate and .. well.. thinking outloud, trying to find different things that made the reaction. Looking if there are differences between societies or the act or the times.. oh, dear.. well.. wish me luck anyway :S I've waisted the day totally! School finished at 11 and I still haven't finished it.. someone.. please help me.
so yeah... I just wanted to post a bit about Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch, and yes, that was his name. I didn't know who this fellow is until around last summer when I learned he was going to play Smaug. Still, I had no idea who he was and what a great actor he was until I saw Sherlock. Now, one thing I am really confident off. He is a rising star and will definitely be the next golden star! He is just amazing! If you'de only seen a bit of what he has done! Now he has been in several, huge movies, like Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and War Horse, Third Star, Sherlock and he is in thee next Star Trek sequel which is being filmed at the moment (he auditioned via iPhone!) and he has landed, not one but two major roles in the Hobbit movies! Smaug and pre-Sauron the Necromancer. He is so talented! And with all this fame and glory he has recieved the last year or so, one should think that he is all cocky and full of himself, but in interviews, he seem so humble and grounded! Oh God, I am really Cumberbatched, am I not? A real Cumberbitch..The sad thing is... he doesn't think himself to be goodlooking! This really botheres me.. I mean, okay, he doesn't have the smashing, classic good looks like, well, George Clooney or something, and he has said in an interview that he can't do certain roles and stuff. But serously, come on! Look at those eyes! and that smile, he smiles with all of his face and it's so genuin! and that hair! but either way, he has been succesfull because of hard work and because he is a FUCKING GREAT actor! It so good to finally see some talented people doing well in the big budget movies (despite their not instantly smashing looks!)
the little x'es are links to some interviews which are really good (at least the second one, the first one is just Q&A)
I'm out... Have I said I am very much looking forward to see him as the Necromancer? How will they do that?? and he will mo-cap Smaug?? HOW? (sounding like John Watson here)
sorry.. won't bother you more with my insane fangirling (but this is an actor worth keeping an eye on)
now.. I'm out.
finally.. done with math exam :D so now I'm just acting retard and chilling out before heading off to the orchestra :) But since I do have some time on my hand at the moment I would like to tell you something funny. Last week I thought that if my t-shirt came before math-exam I would wear it because it'll bring me luck or something, and it arrived the day before, so it must be a sign or something, right? And in on of the tasks it said 0.0221, b= blabla .. SEE? 221B! oh, whatever, maybe I'm going crazy, but I have a good feeling about this exam and I'll keep looking for Sherlock Holmes signs :D
a storm is building up outside :S I'm dreading going outside.. waiting for the busses which are always so fashionably late. But I've charged my iPod and I'll listen to power music from Lord of the Rings, so it feels like I'm going to battle or something. I'll find somehthing more interesting to blog about later ;) until next time, take care..
so, yeah, this t-shirt came in the post today. I am one happy girl :D But I don't have much time to blog right now, I am off to do some math, we have math mock exam tomorrow :S wish me luck.
and for the love of God..
Just some portraits of my favourite actor.
Picture from here
I'm awfully tired.. I just want to sleep... it's snowing. in may. fun. even more fun to be sprayed water on by the russ... >:C
I've started reading the book Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. In norwegian though. I found the book in a second hand shop and it was just after the movie was released and I had to get it. You know, the movie where the beloved Benedict Cumberbatch is in? So yeah, when I'm taking a break from studies, I'll read this. Mom's planning on baking tomorrow and I plan to join her. Cinnamon buns.. can you say that in english? anyways....
the movie Third Star. If you haven't seen it, the do it, do it now! and take with you a good friend who can hold you when it's over because is soo darn sad.
nothing interesting has happened.. had some sort of english exam today and it has begun to snow. Other than that.. I did finish the application if you wondered. But now I'm of to violin lessons.
Today, even though I know it's terribly late, I will try.. no I will write a job application, for summer. To earn some money.
so.... here we go.......
yeah, this is actually spring! The snow is melting and the birds are comming back. When the seagulls sing their repitive song and the sun decides it's time to shine, it acutally is spring.
blæææææh..... I would like to just stay in my bed and sleep away the day..
I'm a lazy bastard who wastes time and should be looking for a summer job... and I've lost my planner.. so I have zero knowledge of what to do...
BUT! I know I'm going to do a project which involves illustrating and the Needlehole Mysteries.
exams are coming up and I'm slowly starting to realize that. We're going to have math on the eight of May, though I seem to have forgotten it all! English is sooner though.. the 30th of april. But in the meentime there is oral presentation in both english and german. The german is due tomorrow, and I found out today, so I got a shitload of schoolwork to do :S in addition to the normal homework.. and I had really looked forward to going to the orchestra, but it seems I have to skip that this week. Maybe it doesn't seem like much, though I am a lazy persona and througly demotivated and.. I've been doodling in my notebooks all day..
.. cause we can.
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. Loved it. Quite weird (ecpesially when three of the main characters woke up without clothes.. together in a bed. the munks had burned their clothes or something) and.. well.. good. I didn't realize it was Jude Law until after the movie. How could I do that! Shame om me.
Today, my parents and I went on a little sunday trip to our relatives at the country side. Not much more to say. Leopold likes to look out the window while driving. Like me. I took some of the photos out of the window. More or less good results.
- I like the sound the dry-mop makes when it's being used
- I only think it's fun to clean when it's really, really dirty
- I like how it smells after a heavy rainshower
- Although good weather is pleasent, I find it disturbingly exiting with the more extreme weather, like snow-records, rain-records, super-storms and so on.
- I always gets song stuck in my head, but only about 3 % of the times I know the lyrics
- I probably can recognize most LOTR-quotes and tell you who said it, whats it's about and when it's said.
- I'm always the one who suddenly says a random fun fact, which vaguely has something to do with the topic
- When the band Travis played in my hometown, me and my friends were so crazy that the guitarist sent us a kiss and the vocalist smiled and laughed at us... and in the end he held up his hand and gave us the "rock on" sign.
- I've played violin for about ten years.
- My favourite animal to have as a pet is rats.
- I remember the silly stuff, but forget all the serious stuff
- I've watched all of the behind the scenes photage of LOTR, so everytime I watch the movies I have to pinch my self so I don't say stuff like "there they are running whit knee-problems, broken toes and broken ribs!".
- I love the song "you can leave your hat on".
- None of my friends understand what I mean when I say: "lasto lalaith nìn" or "dago hon!"
- I like sitting on the floor
- If you give me a choice milk, coffee, tea or soda, I'de choose milk
- I think irish sounds better than scottish
I kind of want to watch the Lord of the Rings today.. but maybe that's not a good idea.
I felt like changing the design. I was kind of bored of the header and when I made this new one, I felt the border had to go too. So, bye bye old design!
btw, I do not own the picture I used in my new header, I found it on tumblr (cause that's the place to be tonight, if you know what I mean) so don't sue me or anything!
I admit it. I doodle in class when I'm bored. So I thought I'de share some of my unfinished sketches and doodles. Just click on them and they'll get slightly bigger.
and while I'm going, I was thinking I might elaborate on why I am blogging in english. And this I think, I'll do in my native language. Just to show you guys that I actually don't have serious norwegian-anxiety or something like that.
Det e no anna i praksis.
Nora the Norc over og ut!
shit! have to catch the bus!
I just gathered all the Lord of the Rings related stuff in the house and this is what I found. It's not all mine. Most of the books have laid around in the house for as long as I can remember and the CDs with the soundtracks are my sister's, Hanna's. I'll make a list.
In descending order:
- The One Ring. Of course I have one. I bought this on the class trip in the tenth grade. In the Czech Republik, I believe.
- Lord of the Rings sheet music, for violin and piano. Solo pieces. This was given to me from my parents at christmas. You can imagen how happy I was.
- The three CDs with the soundtrack is my sister's. In my (humble) opinion the soundtrack of LOTR is one of the best ones. My personal favourite, among many, is the Rohan theme.
- The books! Except for Rundtomrask (Roverandom) and the Hobbit, none of these books are really my books. They are in my bookshelf in my room, but I dunno who in the first place bought these books. Probably my mum or dad some ages ago. I also have the three LOTR books in norwegian with LOADS! of appendix!
Rundtomrask was given to me from my mother, I believe I have mentioned it before on my blog.
The Hobbit I bought this summer in Oslo. It's illustrated by Alan Lee and a real joy to read. I can't wait for the movie.
The Silmarillion I am planning to read when I have the time, though I read the chapter about Beren and Luthien. They should make a movie about their love story, maybe after the Hobbit?
- The movies!! Obviously we own the exctended edtition. Almost four hours, isn't it?
- The Lord of the Rings Location Guidebook. This book was given to my as a present, but it really is torture. I just want to get to New Zealand and see all those places when I look in it.
- Ringenes Herre, audio book. This is how I was introduced to LOTR (and the Hobbit). The Lord of the Rings (both in norwegian and english) can be quite heavy to read when you're eight-nine-ten years old, so this was a superb solution. We listened to it while we were on camping holiday and spent most of the day in the car.
Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul,
Ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.
yesterday we spent the school day in the hillside, having a field day.
we had loads of fun and the weather really couldn't get any better than that. My team won a quiz, 12 out of 14 correct answers, so pretty (and) proud. We won Kvikk Lunsj! :D
so besides destroying the tracks, we relaxed in the warming sun, drank hot chocolate
and just having a good time.
Currently listening to Vivaldi's "Four Season" 3rd mtv. Summer.
adding to the list:
- My neck hurst like bloddy hell
- which makes it hell to work on the oral presentation, should be finished today...
- I'm tired, I just want to go to bed
- I have to walk my dog.. and the weather is cold and slippery and miserable..
- I'm thirsty
- I'm a bit hungry
- my neck...
- even more homework to do tomorrow...
- I'm broke..
- over a year to next Sherlock season
- the Hobbit comes out in december..
I'm already sick of school.. too much coming up. I'm too lazy.. and I am tired and hungry... and I can't stop tumblering cute kittens, flowers and cakes...
So, I did the most unwise thing I can imagen. I created myself a tumblr. Now I'm going to be stuck on the internett all day and night for sure...
obviously I don't take any of the photographs. It's called 221B Bagshot Row. why? Sam Gamgee lives in Bagshot Row and Sherlock Holmes in 221B Bakerstreet.
So, school's back to normal. help me. I was going to be an effective girl today. Clean my room, do the dishes, start on the norwegian presentation and tasks (yes, I didn't finish them), maybe even do some geogrify... but sod it.. tumblr's gonna destroy my whole education.
btw, if you want to play wordfeud with Berit add BeritDragee :D
"Amatøren" by Lars Saabye Christensen. I have to do a million tasks about this book to tomorrow :S But luckily I have a "date" with Berit, she's coming over later today and I have Oreocake from yesterday! :D and yes I know, dumb pose -___-"
This is the jumper, you like?
Knittied A LOT! one sleve is finished!
I'm so happy with my hair! It's so long now, it's ages since I had this long hair, must've been two or three years ago! It's partly wet that's why it looks a bit funny, but what the heck I don't care! My fringe is so long it's no longer constantly in my eyes :)
So, anyways, this was a long and meaningless blogpost... but it is at least an updated. As you probably can tell, I haven't found my camera cord yet..
and one more thing. The 7th of april 12! people had been on my blog, I know.. others have so much more, but to me that's almost a record! (ok.. mt record is 27 but that was in february and from then it has gone a bit down..)
Preparing for lazy dayzzz!!
Just leaving this one here, can't seem to be able to upload anything from my computer at the moment. And my camera is out of power and I can't find the cord..
anyways, I got braces two days ago. Hurts. Not so much now, but I can't chew very well. Still.. There are worse things about it. Like not drinking tea or coffee for two years...
I've started to knit my jumper. I'll post a picture of me wearing it when it is done. It will be the most cosy and comfy cuddly sweater EVER! I have knitted quite alot, really, that's what I do when my teeth hurts ;)
I should clean my room. I should read the book "Amatøren" and do some tasks about it. I should do some sciende homework. But at the moment, all I want to do is knit, draw human anatomy and faces, read "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" and feel sorry for myself and my teeth. And drink tea. But I can't.
AND YEAH! seson 3 of Sherlock to start shooting early 2013!!!!! :D:D:D
and one more thing. BLOGG.NO!!! sjerp dokker!E
Poor quality webcam photo of me preparing for an oral test about the Haiti conflict. Only thing I'm gonna do tomorrow, actually. My class did some magic tricks and only the ones who has this thing tomorrow have to go to school, for the rest it's easter holliday! So I'm currently listening to sad, sad, depressive Jesse James soundtrack.. have to do something about that. Wish me luck tomorrow.
yeah, and I also have signed up for a blog of the week contest. We'll see, maybe it's me this time ;) LOL.
Our school basically looks like a prison, but look at those lovely snow-covered mountains in the background! I wanna go skiing! the sad thing is that this picture was taken a week ago and in the meantime the snow has melted and then froze again, so the slopes are terrible :(
ooh, and did I mention that we have a lovely student who is teaching us english at the moment. She brought hot chocolate and marsmellows!! Made my day! Now we are supposed to write an alibi for a crime story. And after that we are going to watch a typical disney movie about an indian who was taken to England and his way back. Not Pochahontas. Can't remember the name of the movie. It's old. But cute.
and yeah. the fire alarm just went off.
I just wanted to tell you about my wonderful sister. Twin sister, I should mention. She is the lovlies person I know. Kind, stubborn, creative, handsome, has a huge heart and a big smile! She took this photo herself, I believe. I don't know how the fuck she did it, but it's really good. She looks like an artist who has been to a photoshoot. Maybe she'll be one one day. Or not. We'll see. She is talented though, I tell you. You should see her drawings and hear her play the guitar. She is learning the Sherlock Holmes tune. I think she is doing it for me, I don't know.. I have a feeling I dragged her into it. Don't suppose she has anything against it though. She is just as Sherlocked as me. Well, that's my sister everyone. I love her very much. I miss her a bit. I only see her in the weekends.
LOVED IT LOVED IT!!! <3
I have to shamelessly admit I am a big fan, read the books and all. They did alter som stuff in the movie (like who gave Katniss the mocking-jay pin in the beginning), but it doesn't bother me at all! I mean, I have to say they were for the better... but well, toning down the violence and gore factor made it all seem a bit to friendly and not disturbing. The book makes you feel sick, because there are like young people killing each other, but I can however see why they did it. To fit a younger audience. I can also look at it from a different perspective, making the violence more sublte the focus was on young people dying and not the action and killing (there wasn't really a proper villain/hero fight secuence until the end where you felt both parts were going to actually fight). It also made it feel unreal (in a good way) and confusing which I guess is some of the feelings Katniss gets. So yeah, all in all a very good adaption I'd say. Very true to the book. Rue's tune was adorable and Peeta! How do I say this. He is gorgeous. Maybe a bit too dark haired, I've always picured him being very blond, almost like he was constantly covered in flour. BUT! Josh Hitcherson is sp bloody handsome it doesn't matter! So, that's my oppinion! After I saw it (on the premiere!) I searhed the soundtrack on spotify (which I hate), and I'm listening to it now!
My viola, the fellow viola and a double bass in the background.
Unpacking is an artform.
Finally done with musical! So tired but I had great fun! The premiere was on thursday and our last show was yesterday. I meant to blog about all of it right after the finale rehearsall, but I was way too tired. It went great, thanks for asking, not the premiere really, but the shows after that went superbebly (is that even a word) well. We did one funny mistake though, I don't know who to blame, but we kind of increased the tempo significantly on one of the songs.. unfortunately for the dancers :)
So yeah :) dunno what more to write. I did see the ballet and the modern dance show afterwards, and it was breathtaking. I mean, so many talented people and those cute little kids, my heart <'3!
Obviously I haven't taken so many photos since I've spent my time in the orcherstra pit, but these two I've taken. Below is some links to the local newspaper's photos. Some of them are good. I can't use them here and I woun't use them, because I don't like posting pictures of people without them agreeing. And anyway, I didn't take them. I'm also quite anoyed with the newspaper, both of them, for not mentioning the orchestra. Not once! And we did such an amazing job! >:C ... well. well..
.. you've known someone for five years and doesn't know their first name..
now.. back to solar energi and sun-mirrors... awefully prepared for tomorrow... God. I am too busy!
AMMAGAWD!!!! my blog is working again!!!! just like that!
So, that's the reason why the blogging is going a bit slow. Something is wrong with my internett, my chrome or my computer. I can't go to my blog! I don't understand and it's driving me insane!
so, anyway. Today! a short summary. I'm currently borrowing Berit's computer. Iris has gone on the plane to the capitol, not to join the hunger games, but to catch her flight to Japan. I'm gonna miss her so much. I'll blog more about her later. when I am on my own computer and have photographs. Her exchange blog is www.ironomi.wordpress.com. The last rehearsel before the premiere of the musical is on wednesday! and... well. Berit wants her computer back.
thank you Berit!! <3
Berit is a friend of mine
with all her freckles combined.
She is a beutiful lady
but not at all very tidy
She likes to sleep
and laugh out loud
sometime she doesn't hear the alarm beep
My sister Hanna and Ragnhild, drawing and eating.
This winter holliday has been perrrrfectly chill. I've been on a cermaics course with a real artist :D very fun. other than that I've pulled out to perfectly fine teeth, drunk tea, walked in dressing gowns, and been SUPER CREATIVE! I've drawn alot and practiced the viola.. musical coming up frighteningly fast! D: anyway, I've uploaded my first deviation to deviantART, here's a link (Nimrail's deviantart) to my account.
below is the owl I made at the ceramics class, the scull I drew and two portaits.
these portrais are quite fun. I'll explain why. The first one is of Benedict Cumberbatch, you probably recognize the photograhp from the last post, because that was the photo I was drawing. As you all should know by now, Cumberbatch plays Sherlock Holmes in that new adaption. The second portray is of his portrayal of Holmes, though here I didn't look at any spesific photo. So the drawing is how I remember him, almost a sort of cartoon. nah, I think it's a funny one ;)
Link! to the video :)
oh.. god.. x) I had started on this post and had totally forgotten about it... shame on me. So, yeah, old news but news anyway!
This is the 6th videoblog and one we've been waiting for for a long time! We get a glimpse of Lake Town, but not much, but it seems they are going for something similar to Rohan. Yet, I could be wrong ;) What we do see a lot of is the amazin scenary in New Zealand and with 3D cameras which take 48 pictures per second (in contrast to the normal 24) and on these supersteady camera thingi on helicopters, I really can't wait to see it on the big screen!
We finally have Martin Freeman (Bilbo) and the young (obviously eye candy-dwarves) Fili and Kili talking :D
The ponies (icelandic horses in fact) are the cutest thing I've ever seen in a long time! And if you think they are horses put into a pony suit, you're wrong, they look like that, in the winter ;) I am not going to make a sumary, watch the movie, but I can sum up my so far thoughts.
Some higlights then:
- The axe in Bifur's head looks ridiculouse. One should think after the scene in The Two Towers that dwarves knew a thing or two about the nerve system, but to leave an axe in the head? Is that a good thing?
- Hobbiton looks super cozziiii <3 ! Why Bilbo ever left I have no idea!
- A good thing too, Nori's famous Star-fish hairdo (the one one the horse picture) seems to be realistic seeing how it all fals apart after the barrel-scene (and for you that haven't read the book I woun't say anyting more!) Good to see we don't have to wonder if Nori brought some hairspray on the journy ;)
- yeah.. The barrels.. open barrels? they were closed, right? in the book? First I was like "Hell NO!" but then, after some thinking, "Nah.. works better". Cause, how do you portray that there are 13 dwarves in closed barrels down a river? I mean.. not very exiting and we can't really see there misarble faces. Works great in the book, but not on film I think. I am more worried how they are going to solve the drunken elves.
- Locations Locations Locations!!!!! CAN'T BLOODY WAIT!! AAARGH!!
- Dinosaurs? They're shooting on the same place where they shot scenes from Jurassic Park!
- A bit disapointed we didn't see any mo-capping Smaug or well.. another villain (not wanting to spoil anything) but then, on the other hand, more to look forward to! Cumberbatch as Smaug will be great! I have a feeling it will :D
- "there's a chopper behind me, isn't there?" ...... WHOMPF!!!
- The woman saying "here we are!" sorry.. no offence but I had to giggle!
- PARADISE! LOTHLORIEN! :D
- a ton of oranges! O_O srlsy????
- Warg scene at daylight?? NO! wrong!!!! hoping for night filters now! good (well .. when I say good) old fashioned Hollywood night filters!
Not too many spoilers, maybe just the barrels really, so that's good ! Isn't? Don't like spoilers ;)
I know I don't have that many readers, but if you've watched the video, please leave a comment and (if you are as exited about the movies as I am) tell me what you think about the 6th videoblog :)
that's all :)
This pretty much summonds up my face after I saw the last Sherlock episode yesterday, the "What the heck am I going to do now?-face". I don't want to give any spoilers here, as my sister haven't started on season two yet (shame on her). But all I can really say is:
- Molly Hooper is a hero of mine
- It so well made it hurts
- I figured out how he did it
- I love Sherlock
- Moriarty is creepy as hell
- I love Sherlock
- I can't wait for season three
- It blew my mind several times.. is it a bluff... a double bluff.. or a triple bluff?
After I've seen it with my sister, maybe I'll give a fully review of the episode or the whole season two or maybe just compare the two seasons.. we'll se. I'm definitely buying the DVDs.
so what am I to do now? .. draw a bit? illustrate something. Take a well earned winter break. Play music. Practice. Write something? read? Plunder about the hobbit movie?
The weather was just perfect. I felt bad about not skiing when we have such gorgeous snow! We are so lucky! So me and my sister went cross-country skiing this sunday. The tracks were full of people enjoying the snow. I just fell once.. in the tracks. We went through the woods on our way back, and the snow was so deep! I had trouble correcting my aim, so I fell all the time. It was very dificult to get up, though, because everytime I wanted to push back and get up, I dug myself even deeper down in the snow. Frustrating, but so fun! I love falling on skiis, but only when it is in the deep snow in the woods. A wonderful feeling, even though your clothes get filled with icy snow!
I changed the design.. took like forever to fix, but I am quite happy with the result. Dunno about the profilpicture yet, but I had to find something that would match the header. What do you think?
If you recognize the qoute in my header, you can join in in the fellowship of the nerds.
NOTE: I do not own this picture as you can see from the watermark and I take no credit from it. I have listed the link to the tumblr-page which I foundt it on below links. A great violinist. violnist. violin.. violin player.
Check out Mùm's album "Finally we are no one". Lovely bit of music.
Saw the episode. Loved it. Freaked me out, but I loved it.
When speaking of Sherlock.. Something freaky and misterious happened to me today. Was walking along happily with my dog. It was cloudy and the snow lay thick and heavy over the small houses in my street. My dog, Molly, was superhappy because of all the snow while I was desperately trying to not step in the deep snow. Snow in your shoes are is never a good thing. So anyway, I was spinning around while my dog had a little fit, when suddenly the streetlights went out all of a sudden and the pole shook and waved from one way to another. It was scary, like someone had let loose a string in the wires. Puzzled beyond imagination, I trotted off. I wondered what could have caused this and if the internett was gone too. I soon saw what happened though. You know the feeling when you look at a landskape and you think "something is missing" and then you realize tall tree you never really noticed, is gone. The first thing I saw was this wire laying on the ground from one pole. Then I saw the broken, half end of another lamppost. Inside a huge plowing thingi sat a very ashamed young man. He had, while clearing the parkinglot next to my street, crashed into the lamppost with his shovel and broken it clean of. Mystery solved. I had to laugh. Poor bloke.
Just wanted to share these pictures with you, the artist is IngoEs, there's the link to his deviantART. So, just to make it clear, I did not take these photos, I just fell in love with them.
what's happened lately? well, I am an idiot and I should read my e-mails more carefully. I've seen Sherlock, obviously... it goes on tuesdays. Tuesdays is Sherlock day.
Yeah! and one more thing! I've tought myself the tune for Sherlock! :D Here's the sheet music. And ofcourse... the misty mountains song too. If you don't know what I mean, it is the super-duper-über-mega cool song in the hobbit trailer! :D
Not much meaningful blogging these last few days. But I've been awefully busy. This years musical has started, I am in the musical orchestra :D and we have just starter rehearsing. This weekend is the second "gathering". So many sooongs to practice and sooo many things to do! Geogrify test and norwegian test coming up monday and tuesday! when can I sit down and read D: ... Mom's birthday today btw
when speaking of birthdays, my friend Sandra celebrated hers on friday. Maybe I'll post some pics, when I have the time.. I gotta run soon... Rehearsels starts at 11.. and ends 3 o'clock -.-"
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!! GLAD I DÆ!!! <3
You know there is a lot of snow outside when your dog looks like Santa Claus.
waiting in agonizing pain for season two.
My day today.. listening to Vivaldi, four season, the summer at the moment. Thinking of playing some violin or viola. Haven't made up my mind yet. Also thinking of drawing something.. maybe a portrait or just random doodling.. we'll see. wait. the music changed.. datarock, Catcher In The Rye.
I've been doing homework today. Geografi, norwegian... tomorrow.. more norwegians since we have a test coming up. But even more urgent.. math-test on monday. So that's what I'm gonna spend my long weekend doing.. pluss some society stuff...
okay, not going to spend all my weekend doing boring stuff like that. I will practise a bit.. and draw.. and just chill out.
Yesterday I was at my friends, Berit. She turned 17!! woop woop! That ment, MORE CAKE :D I have an aweful lot of relatives and friends who have birtday in february. I also went looking for season 1 and 2 dvd of Sherlock. They didn't have it in. Ofcourse.. Then I hung out with my sister and we ran after the buss through the city. We felt like secret agents from mission impossible or something. At least I did.
The headliner says storm, because it's storming outside :D I love storms. Extreme weather is fun. Though not when it kills.. obviously.
and. I love licorice.
I registered my self at sponsetblogg.no. Basically they help blogs getting sponsors that suit your blog. I hope something happens :) I don't have that many readers, so I don't know. Maybe I'll get some sponsors :D well, if you have a blog too, I recomend you register too. It's free nad very easy to do so. I'll let you know if something happens.
I have my very own spin off series :D I think some explaining is needed. The hobbitforum has a haobbit of well.. going off topic, so to speak. And we have a creative corner where the members write their own stories. Eldorion started a story called "the Mystery of Mr Figg" in the Needlehole mysteries section (the story is still in progress and I can't wait to hear the ending). There agent Nora only has a bi-role and we are still wondering whether she is good or evil. Then I got a spin off series created by the lovely Mrs Figg (who obviesly loved the character). She has now made two; "Agent Nora and the Mysterious Herring Murders" and "Agent Nora and the Almighty Stink".
This is a taste of what my spin off series is all about (from the Almighty Stink):
"Do you fancy a drink after work at Mrs Figgs?, he said sheepishly and suddenly. "I promise to scrub under my fingernails". "Oh, Ok" she said nervously, It was always best to maintain good working relationships with fellow officers, no matter how much they smelt of pony.
Mrs Figgs was always busy on Fridays, as it was pub quiz nite, and upstairs they held the weekly Scottish Indipendance from Imperial Oppression club, with sticky buns and tea to follow.
"This is nice and cozy, lets sit by the pool table, and Ill tell you all about my interesting toe fungus", he said. Nora gulped her pint of Butterbeer and wished she could sit with DI Petty and Eldo who were sitting chatting happily with a couple of laydeez with adams apples." -
creds to Mrs Figg for her lovely words !
btw, when I say mine, I don't mean "mine" as in "I own it" or "It is about me and my life", I call it mine because Agent Nora is a character based on my avatar and myself Norc/Nora in forumshire (the hobbitforum).
the pictures are from dagbladet.no, more pictures if you follow the link.
I've mentioned it before, but I love her clothes. Fam Irvoll that is! I would definitely love to have one of those big, monster sweaters! :D I just love her style, and those small jackets with monster-print! Gawd *-* <3 so cute!
the cake, did I mention a cake? Sure did! :D it's dad's birthday and my mom is making a cake. The world's best chocolate cake there is and ever going to be! okay, maybe it comes second after my great-grandmother's "secret" chocolate cake recipe (it's AMAZING!) but it is definitely in the top two! The recipe is by (this is no family tradition, we found it in a cook-book!) Nigella Lawson. Can't wait to taste :D
And I've cought a terrible cold -.-" just some math left (though I seem to have forgotten it all O_O)
listening to Arcade Fire at the moment, I like ^_^
That moment you discover the shower head being placed much lower than normal thinking "Who the f*** in my family is this short", then realizing it's you... that moment...
Yeah, my dogs just broke into my bedrom and told me to get up. Molly even grabbed my arm.
If everything goes according to plan, we'll have a flight of the conchords-marathon to look forward to today. With brownies and all sort of snop. First season we are planning to plow through, though it is six hours (I did the math) so the first one of the two DVD is a good accomplishment. In my book at least.
My sister's biggest idol at the moment. Can't blame her. A one man orchestra, who can beat that? Jarle Bernoft is his name, and she has ordered a portrait of him. His music is great. My sister has all his albums and keeps feeding me with the music. You'll understand if you listen to him.
Remember this fellow? I found this great photo edit program named "Picnik". I love CHROME!! I have a feeling though, that it'll run out or sometime in april and I woun't be able to use it after that..
anyways, I wanted to share it because I feel it is a hidden talent or something :D I also edited a photograph of my grandparents when they got married, which turned out quite well, but I don't want to post it here. Of personal reasons.
until next time
reason for editing:
Litt flaut at du stavet picnik feil.. ; )"
Too busy editing to notice such minor details like spelling. and no, it is not embarassing at all.
Picture day today!
If u too are such a nerd as I am, you will instantly know what I am reffering to here. What? u don't know? Calm down, I'll tell u ! It is the new BBC mini series "Sherlock", season one episode two "the Blind Banker" with the amazing actors Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman as Sherlock Holmes and doctor John Watson. pew.. long sentences are my speciality, I'll try to keep it short.
It is a modern Sherlock Holmes and I must say, it is the best "detective" series I have ever seen. The actors are great! Perfect for the roles! (And they both are going to be in the upcoming Hobbit movie as Samug and Bilbo Baggins!)
If u haven't seen it, it's on NRK1 every tuesday at 21.30!
Now, another subject. After LOADS and LOADS (5) of requests that I should start blogging again, I decided to do so. So, well! OK! okey, relax, I'll do it! if u must insist.
This is an old blog.. with old posts. My heart tells me to not delete them. So I tell u to ignore them x) let's just say, I've changed.. a bit at least. For the better.
